Track Safety Standards
4-Day Training
A four-day program focused on track inspection principles, defect recognition, track structure, inspection requirements, and the Federal Track Safety Standards. Participants gain practical knowledge that can support future opportunities in track inspection, maintenance, and railroad operations.

Roadway Worker Protection (RWP)
Additional 1-Day Add-on Course
A one-day add-on program that introduces participants to roadway worker protection requirements, hazard recognition, job briefings, and safe work practices when working on or near railroad track.
Field Experience
As part of the training experience, students are taken onto an active railroad environment in Hudson, Ohio where they observe track components, identify defects, understand inspection requirements, and apply what they've learned under the guidance of experienced instructors. This hands-on approach helps bridge the gap between theory and practice, preparing students for the realities of railroad operations.
