Rail Leaders of Tomorrow
Scholarship
We believe safety starts with education, and we’re proud to support the next generation of rail professionals through our Rail Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship. This scholarship will award one student $1,500 to help cover college tuition, fees, or books.
To be eligible, applicants must be in good academic standing with their current school or university, have a 3.0 GPA or higher, and be pursuing a major in:

Railroad Sciences
-
Railroad Transportation
-
Railroad Logistics.
Applicants are also required to submit a short essay
Minimum 500 words with a chance for your story to be featured in Axiom’s newsletter
The essay must be in response to one of the following prompts:

"How does railroad compliance improve the transportation of goods?"
-
"How does safety and compliance streamline railroad efficiency?"
All submissions are due by December 1st 2025

Team Rubicon
Team Rubicon unites the skills and experience of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams to disaster zones. Their mission is to serve communities before, during, and after disasters—bringing relief, recovery, and resilience when it’s needed most.
First Responders Children's Foundation
First Responders Children’s Foundation provides vital support to the children and families of first responders who have been injured, fallen ill, or lost their lives in the line of duty. Through scholarships, financial aid, and community programs, they ensure these families are cared for and honored.
Wounded Warrior Project
Wounded Warrior Project supports injured veterans and service members by providing mental health services, career counseling, physical rehabilitation, and peer support. Their goal is to help warriors recover, reconnect, and thrive after their military service.
