The S-1 package equips you with the tools and structure needed to confidently meet FRA minimum standards, all while keeping training and management in-house.
This program is able to help most small size operations take their first steps towards compliance, growth and self-management within their rail specific operations.
Axiom provides all the standards, deliverables and approvals needed for turn-key compliance. The S1 program allows for our customers to train their own workforce on their own time using our approved methods and course outline. We leave it up to the customers to teach, train, mentor and test each of their own employees
